These terms apply when you buy Amazing Violinist: Violin Method Volume 1 directly on amazingviolinist.com. By paying for an order you agree to them. Books bought from other stores (Amazon, Indigo, Barnes & Noble) follow that store’s own terms.
Amazing Violinist, a Canadian publishing project for the violin method by Dmitry Myzdrikov. Contact: info@amazingviolinist.com.
Direct orders ship to addresses in the United States only. Each book is printed to order in the US, usually within 3–5 business days, and sent by tracked USPS. Delivery usually takes about 1–2 weeks from your order in total. We email you the tracking link when your order ships. Outside the US, the book is available from Amazon and, in Canada, from Indigo.
You can cancel for a full refund until your book is sent to print, using the “View or manage your order” link in your confirmation email. Once printing has started, the order can’t be cancelled, because each copy is printed just for you.
If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, report it within 5 days of delivery using “Report a problem” on your order page, with a photo. We will send a free replacement. We don’t accept returns for change of mind once a book has been printed.
If tracking shows no progress for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, email us with your order number and we will help, including sending a replacement if the package is lost.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, in full. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.
